Explore the historical Forte de Nossa Senhora do Amparo, a well-preserved 1706 military fortress surrounded by charming municipal gardens and a children’s park. This area is also known for its lively events, including the 16th-century Medieval Market Festival, the exciting MIUT Trail Running event, and the vibrant Gastronomic Fair held in late July and early August.
